Under the stated program structure, AI Arsenal™ Professional and the Professional Founder Control Center™ are planned at no additional charge with a qualifying first Founder Retainer, when released, subject to the offer and applicable Statement of Work at the time. Neither is available for immediate delivery; no unreleased deliverable is required to begin consulting.
After more than 4½ decades of building companies, raising capital, mentoring founders and advising startup CEOs, I am moving toward retirement from consulting. My main professional focus is now Good-Man LLC, Five Year Life™ publishing and preserving Compound Knowledge™ through books, the W³ Cubed™ Workbook, AI Arsenal™ and related tools.
I will consider a limited number of Founder Slots for entrepreneurs whose consequential driving assumptions might benefit from an independent CEO-level review. The maximum is 100 entrepreneurs across all service levels, not 100 prepaid blocks.
The 100-founder ceiling is not a promise that every slot will be offered. I may stop accepting new founders substantially earlier, perhaps after 30–40 or fewer. Availability, scope, pricing and acceptance are subject to my publishing commitments, individual approval and the applicable Statement of Work.
This is not intended to make founders dependent on consulting. Begin with the free W³ Cubed™ Workbook, use AI where it genuinely helps, and seek qualified human judgment only when mission-critical decisions justify the cost. A Founder Slot is an opportunity to request consideration, not a promise of results or acceptance.
Once an entrepreneur is accepted for a Founder Slot and a Statement of Work is approved and signed, the consulting purchase is a prepaid 10-hour block. Unused hours expire 12 months after CEO RESOURCE LLC receives payment. Unused hours are not refundable, transferable or carried forward except as expressly required by law or the applicable signed Statement of Work. Payment does not, by itself, override the requirement for acceptance and signed terms.
The three service levels purchase the same consulting time; the difference is scheduling priority. Current terms and prices are shown below and on the Virtual Executive Services page. The scheduling order is explained on the Queue / Priority Service page.
You do not need to wait for AI Arsenal™ Lite to be released to seek experienced guidance. Begin with your free W³ Cubed™ Workbook, your existing financial model, questions, evidence and assumptions. Once Lite is released, its certified outputs may supplement those materials.
Which revenue assumption makes you nervous? Is the launch date realistic? Is the hiring plan too early? Is the sales ramp credible? Is customer-acquisition cost grounded in evidence? Does the downside case still leave enough cash? Did the financial model miss a second- or third-order consequence?
These are the decisions where decades of relevant Compound Knowledge™ can serve as an independent check against unqualified assumptions — including assumptions made by the founder. Even a spreadsheet with every formula 100% correct may conceal a catastrophic business mistake.
Many clients prefer ACH for larger consulting retainers because it avoids tying up available credit and generally costs less to process.
If you prefer ACH after acceptance and agreement on scope, I will send a Square invoice with ACH enabled and the applicable CEO RESOURCE LLC Statement of Work attached.
Scheduling can begin when permitted by the applicable Statement of Work and Square payment confirmation, subject to the queue and current availability. An initiated ACH transfer is not necessarily cleared funds.
Each accepted Founder Slot and consulting engagement is governed by an applicable CEO RESOURCE LLC Statement of Work. The Statement of Work controls the retainer, service level, expiration, queue, billing and other engagement-specific provisions, and must be signed before work begins.
For Square invoice / ACH payments, the applicable Statement of Work will be attached directly to the invoice.
For online Square payments, each accepted Founder Retainer is prepaid and nonrefundable, except as required by law or stated in the signed Statement of Work, and is governed by the corresponding Standard, Priority or Top Priority Service Statement of Work.
Confirm acceptance and availability, and review and sign the applicable Statement of Work before paying. If you have not yet received it, request the Statement of Work before submitting payment. The Square checkout links on this page remain available for accepted engagements.

When an accepted founder has used the funded 10-hour block, the engagement may end. Additional time requires separate approval and payment and is not guaranteed. A further block does not create a second Founder Slot, and availability remains subject to the program limits, current pricing and applicable Statement of Work.
