Chief ImpleMentor™ — Earnings and Results Disclaimer

ROBERT LEE GOODMAN • GOODMAN GROUP, INC. • CEO RESOURCE LLC • GOOD-MAN LLC

EARNINGS, RESULTS & FORWARD-LOOKING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

The W³ Cubed™ Startup Action Plan Workbook — From Point A to Ready for Prime Time™, AI Arsenal™ products and Chief ImpleMentor™ consulting services are designed to help entrepreneurs approach complex business decisions with greater structure, better questions, more complete analysis and access to accumulated executive experience. They are not promises that any company will obtain financing, produce particular revenues, become profitable, reach its Milestones or succeed commercially.

No book, website, methodology, consultant, business plan, spreadsheet, artificial-intelligence workflow, financial forecast, investor contact, career recommendation or idea can guarantee your future results. The usefulness of a tool or recommendation depends on the circumstances in which it is applied, the accuracy of its underlying information, the quality of the decisions made and numerous conditions outside our knowledge or control.

EFFECTIVE: OCTOBER 8, 2026
LAST UPDATED: OCTOBER 23, 2026

NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS OR RESULTS

Every reasonable effort may be made to provide useful, accurate and practical information. Nevertheless, no representation, promise or guarantee is made that you will earn money, increase revenue, raise capital, obtain financing, improve profitability, obtain employment, achieve a particular salary, grow a company, avoid business failure, publish a commercially successful book or achieve any other particular result from using our information, products, publications, ideas, methodologies, techniques or services.

Your results depend on your own circumstances, decisions and execution, together with market, economic, technological, legal, competitive and other factors that may not be known or predictable. Even a carefully prepared plan can fail, and even a properly functioning financial model can produce misleading forecasts when its underlying assumptions are inaccurate.

1. WHO THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO

This Disclaimer applies, where relevant, to information, products, publications and services provided by or associated with Robert Lee Goodman individually, Goodman Group, Inc., CEO RESOURCE LLC and Good-Man LLC, together with their applicable brands and websites. For convenience, those persons and entities may collectively be referred to as the “Company Group.” Each remains a separate legal person or entity.

2. WHERE THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES

This Disclaimer applies to ChiefImpleMentor.com, Chiefi.com, FiveYearLife.com and other Company Group websites or webpages that link to or incorporate it. It also applies, where appropriate, to Company Group books, workbooks, articles, newsletters, downloads, presentations, videos, social-media content, educational materials, consulting materials, business plans, financial models, forecasts, case studies and other communications.

Covered materials include the W³ Cubed™ Startup Action Plan Workbook — From Point A to Ready for Prime Time™, AI Arsenal™ Lite when released, AI Arsenal™ Professional where offered, related Action Plans and deliverables, Chief ImpleMentor™ consulting arrangements, Founder Slots, Five Year Life™ publications and other educational or advisory resources. AI Arsenal™ products that are still in development are not represented as immediately available.

3. INFORMATION IS NOT A PROMISE OF YOUR FUTURE

Business and career information can help you ask better questions, recognize possibilities, evaluate alternatives, avoid mistakes and make better-informed decisions. The fact that a methodology is comprehensive, a consultant is experienced or a financial model is detailed does not mean the same approach will produce the same outcome for every person, company or situation.

4. WHY RESULTS VARY

Actual results may depend on experience, education, skills, financial resources, credit, available capital, industry, geography, market conditions, competition, timing, pricing, business model, employees, contractors, technology, customers, economic conditions, interest rates, regulation, execution, persistence, judgment and decisions made by third parties.

Some important factors may be unknown or impossible to predict when a recommendation, estimate or plan is prepared. Good execution can improve the prospects of a business without eliminating risk, poor execution can undermine an otherwise sound opportunity, and unexpected external events can overwhelm even excellent planning.

5. ROBERT LEE GOODMAN’S HISTORICAL RESULTS ARE BIOGRAPHICAL — NOT YOUR PROMISED RESULTS

Our websites and publications describe Robert Lee Goodman’s historical business experience, including founding companies and partnerships, raising outside capital, working with investors, building and operating businesses, completing real-estate transactions and advising startup and emerging-company CEOs.

References such as 49 companies and partnerships founded, 44 successful outside capital raises for 44 of his own companies and limited partnerships, $120.1 million in today’s dollars raised from 1,342 investors, and approximately $355 million in today’s dollars of historical real-estate transactions describe his own historical experience.

These statements provide biographical context for the experience underlying his consulting, publications and Compound Knowledge™. They do not establish that another founder will raise capital, complete comparable transactions, achieve similar financial results or succeed in business.

6. “TODAY’S DOLLARS” & INFLATION-ADJUSTED FIGURES

When historical dollar amounts are described as being in “today’s dollars,” “TD,” inflation-adjusted dollars or similar language, those figures express historical amounts in terms of their approximate purchasing power as of July 2026. The inflation adjustments presented in connection with Robert Lee Goodman’s historical business experience were calculated using the official U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) CPI Inflation Calculator, with 1982 as the historical reference year and July 2026 as the ending reference period.

The BLS calculator uses Consumer Price Index (CPI) data published by the federal government to estimate changes in the purchasing power of the U.S. dollar over time. The calculator and its methodology are publicly available at https://www.bls.gov/data/inflation_calculator.htm. Using a fixed July 2026 reference period provides a consistent basis for presenting these historical amounts, rather than allowing the meaning of “today’s dollars” to change as time passes.

These calculations are intended to provide meaningful contemporary context for the scale of historical capital raises, financing activities and real-estate transactions. An inflation-adjusted figure does not represent the nominal amount originally received, an investment return, a profit, a current business valuation or a guarantee of future financial results. The figures should be understood as historical amounts expressed in July 2026 purchasing-power equivalents, subject to the assumptions and limitations of the CPI methodology.

7. CONSULTING & VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE SERVICES

CEO RESOURCE LLC provides consulting on a best-efforts basis subject to the applicable Statement of Work or other written engagement agreement. Consulting may include strategic analysis, business planning, implementation assistance, financial modeling, investor readiness, executive mentoring, evaluation of driving assumptions, problem solving and other authorized business services.

No consulting engagement guarantees revenue, profitability, financing, growth, survival, valuation, investor acceptance, successful execution or any other particular business outcome. The scope, duration and specific obligations of an engagement are determined by the applicable agreement rather than by general examples on the website.

8. NO GUARANTEE OF FUNDRAISING OR INVESTMENT

No Company Group member guarantees that a client will obtain an investor, receive an introduction, secure a meeting, raise capital, obtain a loan, complete an offering or receive financing on acceptable terms. References to Robert Lee Goodman’s funding network, including angel investors, venture capitalists and family offices, describe professional relationships and contacts rather than promises that any particular person or organization will be contacted, introduced, interested in an opportunity or willing to invest.

Potential investors and financing sources make their own independent decisions, and even a well-prepared company may be unable to obtain funding. Neither the W³ Cubed™ Workbook, AI Arsenal™ nor a consulting engagement represents an assurance that a business is ready to raise capital or will be acceptable to investors.

9. SECURITIES & INVESTMENT INFORMATION

Nothing contained on our websites, in our publications or in this Disclaimer constitutes an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to purchase a security. Historical references to Goodman Securities, Inc., securities offerings, private placements and fundraising describe prior experience unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prospective issuers and investors should obtain appropriate legal, tax, accounting, securities and investment advice from qualified professionals. A business plan, investor presentation or funding-readiness analysis does not substitute for compliance with applicable securities laws.

10. FORWARD-LOOKING INFORMATION

Some Covered Content may discuss expectations, possibilities, estimates, plans, projections, forecasts, goals, scenarios or future outcomes. Expressions such as “may,” “might,” “could,” “should,” “expect,” “estimate,” “project,” “anticipate,” “believe,” “plan,” “intend,” “potential,” “possible” and “target” may identify forward-looking information.

Such statements represent estimates, scenarios, opinions or expectations based on information available at the relevant time. Actual events and results may differ materially, and no duty to update a statement should be inferred except where applicable law or a specific agreement requires an update.

11. BUSINESS PLANS, FORECASTS & FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS

A business plan, budget, financial model, forecast or projection necessarily depends on assumptions concerning matters such as pricing, sales, customer acquisition, expenses, staffing, financing, growth rates, market conditions, interest rates and competition. A mathematical model may correctly calculate the consequences of assumptions without those assumptions ultimately proving correct.

Accordingly, projected revenue, profit, cash flow, valuation, financing needs, break-even timing, working capital and other financial performance are not guaranteed. Financial projections should be tested, updated and reconciled against actual business performance as reliable information becomes available.

12. STARTUPS & ENTREPRENEURSHIP INVOLVE MATERIAL RISK

Starting, financing, operating and growing a business involve substantial risk. A company may lose money, fail to raise capital, lose customers, experience operational problems, encounter litigation or regulatory issues, require substantially more capital than expected or fail completely.

Neither executive experience nor careful planning can eliminate entrepreneurial risk, and a structured methodology does not make an otherwise unsuitable opportunity commercially viable.

13. BOOKS, WORKBOOKS & EDUCATIONAL PRODUCTS

Books, workbooks, downloads and other educational products are intended to provide information, frameworks, questions, ideas and possible actions. Purchasing, reading or using a product does not guarantee employment, income, expense reduction, debt elimination, avoidance of foreclosure or eviction, improved credit, a successful company, financing or any other particular result.

Readers and purchasers remain responsible for determining whether a suggestion is relevant and appropriate to their circumstances and for obtaining qualified assistance where necessary.

14. CAREER & COMPENSATION INFORMATION

Publications such as Your Last Paycheck™ may discuss occupations, professional skills, compensation ranges, freelancing possibilities, business opportunities, job-search strategies and methods of generating income. Compensation can vary significantly by employer, geography, experience, education, skill, market conditions, industry, employment classification and date.

Illustrative freelance prices, salary ranges or possible income-generating activities are examples for planning purposes and are not representations that a reader will receive a particular price, salary, assignment or income. Employment and compensation decisions are made independently by employers, clients, platforms and markets outside our control.

15. TESTIMONIALS & PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS

Testimonials, recommendations, performance evaluations and other client comments describe the experiences and opinions of the persons who provided them. They may concern different services, industries, circumstances, markets and periods extending across decades, and a favorable statement by one client does not establish what another client should expect.

Many historical testimonials were written before the W³ Cubed™ Startup Action Plan Workbook and AI Arsenal™ existed. They reflect earlier consulting relationships and are not represented as customer reviews of those newer products. Statements concerning a client’s experience, results or satisfaction should be considered in the context of that particular engagement and any qualifications accompanying the statement.

Testimonials do not override specific disclosures, guarantees prohibited by law or the need to substantiate objective advertising claims.

16. CASE STUDIES, STORIES & ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES

A case study or example may be actual, adapted, composite, hypothetical or illustrative depending on how it is identified in the applicable material. Hypothetical and composite examples are intended to explain principles rather than describe a particular person’s actual financial or business results.

Even an actual historical case does not establish that the same action will produce the same outcome in different circumstances.

17. GOVERNMENT, INDUSTRY & THIRD-PARTY DATA

Covered Content may discuss information obtained from government agencies, research organizations, employers, industry sources, websites or other third parties. Such information may be accurate for a particular population, methodology and period without describing your own circumstances.

Statistics, prices, compensation figures, unemployment measures, inflation calculations, market estimates and other external information may be revised or become outdated.

18. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & TECHNOLOGY-ASSISTED INFORMATION

Artificial-intelligence systems, research tools, software and automated technology may assist in researching, drafting, editing, calculating, organizing, evaluating or presenting information. Technology-assisted material may contain mistakes, outdated information, incomplete analyses, inappropriate assumptions, fabricated citations, incorrect calculations or entirely invented outputs that appear persuasive.

Material business, financial, employment, legal, medical, investment and other consequential decisions should be independently verified, particularly where errors could cause significant financial loss or legal exposure.

19. NOT LEGAL, TAX, ACCOUNTING OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

Unless expressly and lawfully established under separate written terms, Company Group Content and Services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, securities, investment, brokerage, insurance or other licensed professional advice. Users should consult appropriately qualified professionals before acting on matters requiring such expertise.

20. YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE IS ESSENTIAL

Information, analysis, professional experience and recommendations are inputs into a decision rather than substitutes for the decision-maker. You should investigate material facts, challenge assumptions, consider alternatives, understand risks, obtain appropriate professional advice and make your own decisions concerning whether and how to proceed.

21. PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE PERFORMANCE

The historical success or failure of Robert Lee Goodman, a Company Group member, a client, an investor, a company, a transaction, an industry or another person does not establish what will happen in a future situation. Markets, people, technologies, laws, financing conditions and competitive environments change, sometimes rapidly and unpredictably.

22. COMPOUND KNOWLEDGE™ IMPROVES PERSPECTIVE — NOT CERTAINTY

Compound Knowledge™ describes the accumulated perspective that can develop from decades of experience, thousands of business relationships, many industries and the ability to recognize patterns, differences, exceptions and possible consequences across those experiences.

It does not mean that every problem has been encountered previously, every important fact is known, every business relationship remains current, every connection is correct or every recommendation will produce the desired result. Experienced judgment can be valuable precisely because uncertainty exists, not because that uncertainty has disappeared.

23. BUSINESS-OPPORTUNITY LAWS

Our ordinary consulting, publishing and educational products are not represented merely by this Disclaimer as regulated “business opportunities.” If a particular offering is subject to the Federal Trade Commission’s Business Opportunity Rule or another law requiring specific disclosures or earnings-claim substantiation, the legally required disclosures for that offering will control.

This general Disclaimer is not intended to replace a disclosure document, earnings-claim statement or other disclosure that applicable law specifically requires. Whether a particular offer is legally regulated depends on its actual terms, representations and circumstances rather than the terminology used to describe it.

24. YOU MAY LOSE MONEY

Business activity can produce not only lower-than-expected returns but actual financial loss, including the loss of funds invested in an unsuccessful company. You should never interpret discussion of a possible strategy, opportunity, investment, business model, career move or income source as a representation that it is risk-free or that financial loss cannot occur.

25. INFORMATION CHANGES OVER TIME

Statements may become outdated because of inflation, market changes, technological developments, revised research or government statistics, new laws, employer behavior, economic conditions and other events. Users should verify information material to a current decision rather than assume that a historical publication, downloaded document or previously generated AI output reflects present circumstances.

26. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS

You decide whether to implement an idea and how to implement it. Except as expressly provided in an applicable written agreement or required by law, the Company Group does not control your company, finances, employees, career, investment decisions, negotiations, contracts or implementation.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions, including verifying material assumptions, evaluating the qualifications of advisers and contractors, monitoring performance and deciding whether to proceed, modify, pause or discontinue a business initiative.

27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no Company Group member guarantees or accepts responsibility for your business success, business failure, earnings, losses, financing, investment result, employment result or other economic outcome merely because you purchased, received or used information, a product or a service.

Additional liability limitations may appear in the applicable Terms of Use and, for consulting engagements, the applicable Statement of Work or other accepted Additional Terms. These provisions operate only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights or obligations that applicable law makes non-waivable.

28. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER AGREEMENTS

This Disclaimer supplements the applicable Terms of Use & General Terms of Service, Privacy Statement, consulting Statement of Work and other transaction-specific agreements. If a properly accepted transaction-specific agreement contains more specific provisions concerning results, warranties, liability or risk, those provisions control that transaction to the extent of any conflict.

29. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE WAIVED

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to disclaim a representation that applicable law prohibits us from disclaiming, waive a right that applicable law makes non-waivable or excuse fraud, intentional misconduct or another form of liability that applicable law does not permit a party to exclude.

30. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER

We may revise this Disclaimer as our websites, books, products, services, technologies or legal obligations change. The effective and last-updated dates at the top identify the original effective date and the most recent revision of the published version.

31. W³ CUBED™ STARTUP ACTION PLAN WORKBOOK — A METHODOLOGY, NOT A GUARANTEE

The W³ Cubed™ Startup Action Plan Workbook — From Point A to Ready for Prime Time™ is designed to help founders understand and coordinate the work involved in building a business through the principles of WHO does WHAT, WHEN. Its coordinated planning system addresses financial, operational, staffing, product, marketing, legal, fundraising and other business requirements, including the relationships, dependencies and driving assumptions among them.

The complete Workbook is being provided FREE as a hands-on working reference rather than as a trial or reduced edition. Its continually revised working edition exceeds 370+ pages, although the approved edition currently available through the download link may be an earlier version. Founders are encouraged to open the Table of Contents and go directly to their most urgent question or problem rather than reading the Workbook from beginning to end.

The evolving methodology includes 216 Action Items, 52 Milestones, nine coordinated Action Plans with Gantt charts, four Go/No-Go Gates and 27 Field Notes, together with the WHO Chart™ and other practical tools. These quantities describe components of the methodology rather than guaranteed measures of effectiveness, business completeness, legal compliance or financial success.

Completing an Action Item, documenting a Milestone or passing an internal Go/No-Go Gate does not establish that a company will succeed, attract customers, obtain financing, remain solvent or satisfy any independently applicable legal or professional requirement. Founders must verify whether the underlying work has actually been completed and whether the evidence supporting a decision is adequate for their particular circumstances.

The Workbook is available independently of consulting and AI Arsenal™ products. Its free availability does not represent a guarantee of results or eliminate the need for appropriate professional judgment, review or implementation resources.

32. DRIVING ASSUMPTIONS & GO/NO-GO DECISIONS

The W³ Cubed™ Workbook emphasizes identifying, challenging and stress-testing the driving assumptions that influence a company’s financial and operational future. These may include projected demand, selling prices, sales conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, hiring schedules, launch dates, working capital, gross margins, growth rates, funding requirements and other inputs upon which the business plan depends.

What if the most expensive, catastrophic mistakes your startup will ever make are already in your mission-critical spreadsheet – even when every formula is 100% correct? A properly functioning formula only establishes that the arithmetic follows the programmed relationships. It does not establish that the driving assumptions, evidence or business decisions producing those inputs are sound.

Stress-testing an assumption may help reveal weaknesses, dependencies or the possible consequences of being wrong, but it does not prove that the assumption is correct or that all relevant risks have been identified. A downside scenario cannot necessarily anticipate the most severe outcome, and a favorable scenario does not establish that favorable results are likely to occur.

A Go/No-Go Gate is a planning and management tool. It is not an independent certification that a company, product, transaction or strategy is safe, legally compliant, financially viable or suitable for investment. Founders remain responsible for gathering reliable evidence and making the ultimate decision.

33. AI ARSENAL™ LITE — UNRELEASED GUIDED WORKFLOWS & DELIVERABLES

AI Arsenal™ Lite is a separate optional companion to the free W³ Cubed™ Workbook and has not yet been released. The planned package contains 50 guided AI workflows designed to help founders create initial business documents, analyses, financial schedules, scorecards, Action Plans and other editable working materials. Workflows may interview users, identify missing information, challenge assumptions, organize inputs, generate draft deliverables and suggest further analysis.

Each planned certified module is being developed using Show → Explain → Interview → Deliver. The intended learning sequence presents fictional test inputs, an actual sample output, explanations of the inputs and reasoning, structured founder questions and then a personalized work product. Certification is a product-development and instructional quality-control process; it is not an independent audit, professional certification, guarantee of completeness or assurance that the output is appropriate for a particular company.

The availability of a workflow or a stated deliverable does not guarantee that a particular AI platform can successfully produce a complete, accurate, professionally formatted or technically functional output in every circumstance. Performance may vary by AI provider, account capabilities, model version, access to software tools, user instructions, available information and other factors.

A document produced by a workflow may still contain unsupported statements, incorrect formulas, omissions, inconsistent figures, formatting defects, fabricated citations or recommendations inappropriate to the specific business. The user must inspect and verify the resulting work before relying on it.

AI Arsenal™ Lite does not guarantee that a generated business plan, investor presentation, spreadsheet or other document will be accepted by investors, lenders, regulators, customers, advisers or other third parties. Advance reservation does not mean the product has already been completed, certified, released or delivered.

34. AI ARSENAL™ PROFESSIONAL & CONFIGURABLE BUSINESS TOOLS

AI Arsenal™ Professional is a separately planned advanced product and is not presently available for immediate delivery. When released, subject to the applicable offering and eligibility requirements, it may include expanded workflows, more advanced analyses, configurable planning tools, interconnected financial schedules and a comprehensive Excel-based Founder Control Center™ and Action Plan system intended to help founders develop, personalize and revise business assumptions, responsibilities, Milestones and implementation plans over time.

Professional may be offered as a benefit to qualifying Founder Slot consulting clients under the offer and signed Statement of Work then in effect. A consulting inquiry, Founder Slot application, advance Lite reservation or purchase of a different product does not itself establish an unconditional right to receive Professional or its future Excel tools.

A configurable spreadsheet is a decision-support tool rather than a guarantee of mathematical accuracy, complete integration or future business performance. Even when spreadsheet formulas are functioning correctly, the results depend on the inputs, assumptions, relationships, timing conventions and model limitations involved.

Users should independently review important formulas, linked schedules, scenario settings, units, beginning balances, cash-flow timing and other assumptions before relying on a model. A change to one input may affect multiple downstream results, and neither an automatically recalculated Workbook nor a scenario comparison establishes that those results will occur.

A model that does not include a particular financial, operational or other business dependency cannot reliably predict its consequences merely because the remaining calculations are internally consistent.

35. AI ERRORS, HALLUCINATIONS & INDEPENDENT VALIDATION

Artificial-intelligence systems may produce information that appears detailed, authoritative and convincing while being incomplete, inaccurate or entirely fabricated. This can include nonexistent laws, financial statistics, market data, sources, citations, company information, professional credentials, product capabilities and other purported facts.

Repeated AI reviews, multiple AI models, red-team exercises, simulated critics and automated remediation may help identify defects, but they do not independently guarantee completeness or accuracy. Agreement among AI systems is not necessarily evidence that their shared assumptions are correct.

A file’s successful creation, a visually attractive document, an apparently complete spreadsheet or a generated “certification” does not by itself establish that the work has been independently verified. Any claim of validation should be evaluated against the actual tests performed, evidence obtained and limitations disclosed.

When important decisions depend on generated information, users should verify material facts against reliable primary sources, examine calculations, inspect deliverables and seek appropriately qualified professional assistance where warranted.

36. CHIEF IMPLEMENTOR™ FOUNDER SLOTS & TEN-HOUR CONSULTING RETAINERS

CEO RESOURCE LLC is currently offering Founder Slots for up to a maximum of 100 entrepreneurs across its consulting service levels. This is a maximum number of accepted entrepreneurs, not a limit of 100 ten-hour retainer blocks. Because consulting availability is deliberately limited during Robert Lee Goodman’s transition toward publishing, the opportunity may close sooner, potentially after 30–40 accepted entrepreneurs or fewer. No visitor is guaranteed acceptance or a continuing right to obtain consulting.

The current Standard consulting price is only $250 per hour, or only $2,500 for a prepaid ten-hour retainer, subject to acceptance, availability and the applicable Statement of Work. The optional Priority and Top Priority ten-hour service levels are currently offered at $3,750 and $5,000, respectively. These higher-priced levels provide scheduling precedence rather than a different quality of professional judgment. Queue and interruption rules are described on the Queue / Priority Service page.

A Founder Slot counts an accepted entrepreneur; an additional consulting block for an existing accepted founder does not create another Founder Slot. Additional blocks require separate acceptance and availability, and an accepted founder is not guaranteed an unlimited quantity of future consulting time. A Founder Slot is not automatically reserved by downloading the Workbook, joining an email list, reserving Lite, sending an inquiry or viewing a payment page.

A consulting retainer provides access to services within the accepted scope and does not constitute a guarantee that any specific problem will be solved within ten hours. The value of consulting depends on the nature of the decisions involved, the information available, the cooperation and preparation of the client, implementation and many factors beyond the consultant’s control.

Advice concerning pricing, cash requirements, revenue projections, hiring, financing, operations or other business matters does not guarantee that a founder will achieve the desired financial or commercial result. The retainer does not promise unlimited availability, completion of every requested deliverable, preferential treatment by investors, access to any specified professional contact or a particular return on the retainer expenditure.

Founder Slot acceptance and a signed Statement of Work are required before payment and work under the current program. Obligations concerning scheduling, deliverables, time accounting, expiration, refunds, confidentiality and other terms are determined by the applicable accepted consulting agreement. Prices and terms can change at any time without notice, subject to controlling agreements and applicable law.

37. FREE W³ CUBED™ WORKBOOK & AI ARSENAL™ LITE ADVANCE RESERVATIONS

The complete W³ Cubed™ Startup Action Plan Workbook — From Point A to Ready for Prime Time™ is offered free as an educational and planning resource. The absence of a purchase price does not constitute a representation that using the methodology will produce a particular business or financial result, eliminate the need for outside expertise or remove the ordinary costs and risks of starting or operating a company. The free Workbook does not require purchasing AI Arsenal™ or consulting.

AI Arsenal™ Lite is not yet released. The announced advance-reservation program provides for the first 100 eligible advance reservations to qualify for Lite FREE upon release, eligible reservations 101–200 to have the option to purchase Lite for $9.95, and subsequent eligible reservations to have the option to purchase at the regular $19.95 price, subject to the applicable published offer. These promotional quantities are separate from the Founder Slots consulting limit.

Advance reservations currently require no deposit, credit card, automatic billing or purchase obligation. A person eligible for a paid tier may decline the purchase when the product becomes available. A reservation is not an immediate download, a guarantee of a particular release date or a guarantee that a planned feature will remain unchanged through final certification and release.

The price tiers concern the cost of obtaining Lite rather than its ability to generate income, reduce expenses, produce financial returns or deliver a particular business outcome. The actual eligibility, price and conditions of an offer are determined by the applicable current reservation offer and, where a purchase is made, the checkout terms at the time of the transaction. A prior price or promotional threshold does not guarantee an introductory offer will remain available indefinitely.

38. WHO CHART™ HIRING & PERSONNEL DECISIONS

The W³ Cubed™ Workbook and related tools may provide frameworks for evaluating potential employees, executives, cofounders, contractors, consultants, advisers and other participants in a business. Such frameworks may help a founder define a role, evaluate relevant qualifications, compare candidates against job-related requirements and examine whether a person appears capable of performing the required work.

No hiring framework, candidate scorecard, interview process, AI evaluation or professional recommendation can guarantee that a person will perform successfully, act honestly, remain with the business or make sound decisions. Hiring decisions must also comply with applicable employment, privacy, discrimination, licensing and other legal requirements.

A WHO Chart™ score, role assessment or AI-assisted hiring analysis is not an independently validated employment-selection examination, background check, psychological assessment or guarantee of suitability. Founders and employers remain responsible for lawful selection criteria, appropriate evaluation and their ultimate personnel decisions.

39. SCENARIO ANALYSIS & STRESS-TEST RESULTS

Business models and AI-assisted workflows may generate base, upside, downside, launch-delay, revenue-growth, cash-burn, financing or other scenarios. These scenarios are intended to illustrate possible consequences of specified assumptions, not to predict the future with certainty.

A scenario may be useful even if it is not probable, and a scenario that appears unlikely may nevertheless occur. Results may change materially when customer behavior, macroeconomic conditions, capital availability, supplier performance, regulation, competitive activity or other circumstances differ from the assumptions used.

Scenario analysis should therefore be used as one component of business judgment rather than as a substitute for actual market evidence or independent due diligence. A scenario that identifies one material vulnerability does not establish that every potential vulnerability has been discovered.

40. NO IMPLIED PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION OR APPROVAL

The presence of an Action Plan, Milestone, scorecard, readiness assessment, financial forecast, AI-generated review or certified instructional sample does not mean that a company has been audited, certified, approved or independently verified by an accountant, attorney, engineer, securities professional, lender, investor, regulatory authority or other qualified professional.

Terms such as “investor-ready,” “Ready for Prime Time™,” “validated,” “stress-tested,” “certified” or similar descriptions must be understood within the specific context in which they are used and do not replace any independent professional review, legal compliance requirement or formal approval process that may apply.

Certification of an AI Arsenal™ learning module, sample or workflow refers to whatever documented development and quality-control procedures were actually completed. It does not guarantee that a later personalized output produced through a third-party AI system will be accurate, comprehensive, legally compliant or fit for a particular user’s circumstances.

THE BOTTOM LINE

The W³ Cubed™ Workbook can help organize the work. AI Arsenal™ Lite, once released, is intended to help produce working materials. AI Arsenal™ Professional is being planned for more advanced configurable tools. Compound Knowledge™ can provide perspective. Chief ImpleMentor™ consulting can provide experienced judgment. Each may contribute value to the decisions a founder faces, but none eliminates uncertainty or guarantees a commercial result.

The founder remains responsible for verifying critical facts and assumptions, making decisions, selecting qualified professionals where appropriate, providing necessary resources and monitoring execution. No guarantee is made that you will achieve a particular earning, financing, business, investment, employment, publishing or other result from anything we provide.
