PRIVACY STATEMENT & NOTICE
This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when you visit ChiefImpleMentor.com, Chiefi.com, FiveYearLife.com or related Company Group websites; download W Cubed™ Founder Launch or AI Arsenal™ materials; subscribe to newsletters; join Advance Reader Teams; purchase products; or communicate with us about consulting, publishing and other services.
Our objective is to make useful business knowledge and publishing resources accessible while handling the personal information entrusted to us responsibly. This Statement describes the information involved, the outside services that may help us deliver what you request, the choices available to you and the ways to contact us about privacy questions.
THE SHORT VERSION
We collect information reasonably necessary to operate our websites, respond to inquiries, provide requested free and paid materials, deliver W Cubed™ and AI Arsenal™ resources, administer consulting and publishing services, operate Advance Reader Teams, send requested communications, process transactions, protect our systems and fulfill applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell our mailing lists or sell your personal information to data brokers for money. We use outside service providers where reasonably necessary, including website hosting, WordPress forms, MailerLite email delivery, payment processors such as Square, security providers and other business technology services.
Requesting a download may result in emails necessary to deliver that resource or administer the request. Ongoing promotional messages are addressed separately, subject to the subscription choices, permissions and applicable law governing the particular communication.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, contact us about information we maintain and exercise additional rights when applicable privacy laws provide them. Our contact information and privacy-request procedures appear below.
1. WHO “WE” ARE
For purposes of this Statement, the “Company Group” means, collectively where appropriate, Robert Lee Goodman individually, Goodman Group, Inc., CEO RESOURCE LLC and Good-Man LLC, together with the applicable entity’s divisions, brands, trade names, authorized service providers, successors and assigns. These persons and entities remain legally separate, and the entity responsible for particular personal information generally depends on the website, product, service or business relationship through which that information was collected.
For ChiefImpleMentor.com, Chiefi.com, W Cubed™ Founder Launch, AI Arsenal™ and CEO RESOURCE LLC consulting activities, CEO RESOURCE LLC will ordinarily be the principal responsible business. For FiveYearLife.com, books, Advance Reader Teams and other publishing-related activities, Good-Man LLC will ordinarily be the principal responsible business, subject to applicable publishing, intellectual-property licensing and contractual arrangements.
A transaction-specific agreement, invoice, order, publishing agreement or other applicable document may identify a different or additional responsible Company Group member.
2. FLORIDA ENTITIES — TENNESSEE BUSINESS OPERATIONS
CEO RESOURCE LLC and Good-Man LLC are limited liability companies organized under Florida law and maintain Florida registered-agent arrangements as required by applicable law. The principal business operations relevant to these websites, publishing programs and consulting services are presently conducted from Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
3. WHAT THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT COVERS
This Statement applies to personal information collected through websites and webpages that link to it, including ChiefImpleMentor.com, Chiefi.com and FiveYearLife.com, and through related interactions such as contact forms, document requests, email subscriptions, Advance Reader Team participation, consulting communications, purchases, invoices, surveys, reader feedback and other direct business communications.
It specifically includes interactions involving the free W Cubed™ Founder Launch methodology, free or paid AI Arsenal™ Lite downloads, AI Arsenal™ Professional where offered, consulting-retainer inquiries and purchases, and related email fulfillment and follow-up activities. A particular product, service or contractual relationship may have additional privacy terms, and a more specific applicable notice governs the information it addresses.
4. WHAT WE MEAN BY PERSONAL INFORMATION
“Personal information” or “personal data” generally means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual, household or device, to the extent provided by applicable law. It generally does not include lawfully deidentified or aggregate information that cannot reasonably be associated with an identifiable person.
5. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY
Depending on how you interact with us, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, company name, professional title, preferences, questions, correspondence, billing information and other information relevant to your request or business relationship.
Founders who request W Cubed™ or AI Arsenal™ resources may provide contact information, company information, details of the requested resource and information necessary to administer delivery. Consulting clients and prospective clients may provide business plans, financial projections, corporate records, strategic materials, contracts, investor information, presentations, spreadsheets and other business records.
Readers and Advance Reader Team participants may provide book preferences, manuscript requests, survey responses, editorial suggestions, reader comments and feedback. Newsletter subscribers may provide contact details and information about the publications, business topics or continuing communications they wish to receive.
6. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
When you visit a Covered Site, hosting systems, servers, WordPress, plugins, security services and other technology may automatically collect technical information, including IP address, approximate geographic area, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring webpage, pages requested, language settings, dates and times of access, error information and similar records.
Such information may be used for website operation, security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, performance measurement and aggregate analysis. Depending on the specific email and download systems in use, we may also receive information concerning form submissions, delivery events, purchase status and interactions with requested content.
7. COOKIES & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Covered Sites may use cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts and similar technologies to remember preferences, protect forms, maintain website security, detect abusive activity, support legitimate transactions and understand how visitors use our websites. Some cookies are necessary for website functionality, while others may support analytics, embedded services or marketing where those technologies are enabled.
You can generally control cookies through browser settings, although disabling them may interfere with certain website features, forms, checkout functions or third-party services. Where applicable law requires consent or additional choices concerning nonessential technologies, those requirements apply.
8. ANALYTICS & WEBSITE PERFORMANCE
We may use website analytics, server statistics and similar tools to understand website traffic, page usage, referral sources, device characteristics, resource interest and performance. This information can help us improve W Cubed™ pages, AI Arsenal™ descriptions, publishing resources and other website content, and we seek to use aggregate or less directly identifying information when reasonably practical.
9. CONTACT FORMS, WPForms & ANTI-SPAM TECHNOLOGY
Our websites may use WordPress-based forms, including WPForms and other form technologies, to collect information visitors intentionally submit. Anti-spam, CAPTCHA, security and fraud-prevention services may process technical information about a browser, device or submission to distinguish legitimate users from automated or malicious activity.
Information submitted through a form may be transmitted by email, stored in a website or hosting environment, forwarded to an authorized business system or processed as reasonably necessary to respond to the request. Please do not use ordinary contact forms to transmit passwords, complete payment-card details, Social Security numbers or unnecessary highly sensitive information.
10. MAILERLITE, EMAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS & RESOURCE DELIVERY
We use, or may use, MailerLite and other authorized email-service providers to manage subscriber information, deliver requested resources, send newsletters, administer publishing and Advance Reader communications, and provide relevant information about our offerings. Information transmitted to MailerLite may include your name, email address, subscription status, group or interest category, form source, request history and other fields reasonably necessary for the particular workflow.
Email-service providers may record subscription and unsubscribe status, delivery results, bounced messages and engagement information, including message opens or link clicks when tracking technology is enabled. Such information may help us administer deliveries, understand audience interests, troubleshoot problems and improve our communications.
When you request W Cubed™ Founder Launch, AI Arsenal™ Lite or another resource, we may send an automated email containing the requested file, access link, instructions or related transaction information. Promotional emails concerning consulting, AI Arsenal™ Professional, publishing products or other offerings are subject to the relevant subscription choices, permissions and applicable email-marketing requirements.
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily prevent legitimate transaction confirmations, requested download fulfillment, security notices or other nonmarketing service communications.
For more information about MailerLite’s handling of information, visit
MailerLite’s Privacy Policy.
11. PAYMENTS, SQUARE & FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Consulting retainers, paid AI Arsenal™ materials and other transactions may be processed by independent payment providers such as Square, banks, retailers or other authorized financial-service providers. When you enter payment-card information directly into a third-party checkout, the provider processes that information under its own privacy and security terms.
We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers when transactions are processed directly by an independent provider. We may receive information such as your name, contact details, order or invoice information, purchased product, amount paid, payment status, payment method category, transaction identifier, refund information and other records reasonably required for fulfillment, accounting and administration.
For Square’s information-handling practices, see
Square’s Privacy Notice.
12. CONSULTING-CLIENT INFORMATION
Consulting clients may provide substantial confidential financial, operational, strategic and other business information to CEO RESOURCE LLC. Information may be used for engagement administration, research, planning, financial analysis, review, communications and other authorized work.
The confidentiality, permitted use and protection of consulting-client materials may also be governed by the applicable Statement of Work, retainer agreement or another written consulting agreement. Where such an agreement provides stronger or more specific confidentiality requirements than this general Statement, those applicable contractual requirements govern the consulting relationship.
13. INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC OR THIRD-PARTY SOURCES
We may lawfully obtain information from public websites, professional networks, public records, business directories, referrals, service providers and other appropriate sources when reasonably relevant to a legitimate business purpose. Consulting and business research may involve information concerning a company, founder, executive, competitor, market, investor, supplier or other business participant.
14. WHY WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use personal information to operate and secure websites; respond to inquiries; administer subscriptions; fulfill free and paid resource requests; deliver documents and access information; process transactions; manage consulting engagements; maintain customer, reader and accounting records; send authorized communications; conduct research and analysis; prevent misuse; improve publications, products and services; protect legal rights; and comply with applicable obligations.
We may also use appropriate transaction and subscription information to understand demand for W Cubed™ resources, manage introductory AI Arsenal™ offers, administer follow-up communications and help ensure that purchasers receive the materials and services they requested. We do not intentionally use personal information for a materially unrelated purpose without an appropriate lawful basis or notice where required.
15. LEGAL BASES WHERE DATA-PROTECTION LAW REQUIRES ONE
Where European, United Kingdom or another applicable law requires a specific legal basis for processing, that basis may include consent, performance of or steps toward a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, protection of vital interests where applicable, or legitimate business interests that are not overridden by applicable individual rights. The particular basis depends on the information, circumstances and purpose of processing.
16. WHEN WE MAY DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose information among Company Group members when reasonably necessary for legitimate business administration, publishing, consulting, accounting, technology, customer service or legal purposes. We may also provide relevant information to authorized service providers performing hosting, email delivery, payment processing, accounting, security, communications, file storage, analytics, professional advice and related functions.
Disclosure may also occur at your request, to complete a transaction you authorized, to protect legitimate rights or safety interests, investigate fraud or misuse, comply with legal process, or support a lawful business reorganization or transfer. Such disclosures remain subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.
17. WE DO NOT SELL OUR MAILING LISTS
We do not rent or sell our newsletter, W Cubed™, AI Arsenal™ or Advance Reader mailing lists to third-party marketers, and we do not sell personal information to data brokers for monetary consideration.
Certain privacy statutes use broader definitions of “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising that may encompass some tracking or advertising technologies even when no money is exchanged. If applicable technology and law create an opt-out or disclosure obligation, we will provide the legally required choices and notices.
18. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Depending on the particular function, authorized providers may include website hosts, domain services, WordPress and plugin providers, WPForms, MailerLite, Square, banks, accountants, cloud-storage services, analytics providers, anti-spam and security providers, communications services, professional advisers and other specialized vendors. These providers may change as technology and business requirements change.
19. THIRD-PARTY PRIVACY PRACTICES
A third-party website, retailer, AI service, payment processor, email provider, social network or embedded platform may independently collect and process information according to its own terms. This Statement does not govern an independent provider merely because we link to or use its services, and visitors should consult that provider’s applicable privacy notice.
20. SOCIAL MEDIA & EXTERNAL PLATFORMS
Interactions with Robert Lee Goodman or Company Group brands through LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube and other external platforms may involve collection or use of information by those platforms. Information you intentionally make public may also be publicly accessible, and the platform’s own privacy rules apply to its independent processing activities.
21. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS & READER FEEDBACK
If you provide a testimonial, recommendation, review or other feedback, we may retain the information for business, editorial, historical and recordkeeping purposes. We will not knowingly publish your name, likeness or private feedback as an endorsement without an appropriate basis for doing so.
Historical consulting testimonials may describe services and experiences predating the W Cubed™ and AI Arsenal™ products. We seek to preserve those clients’ original statements and avoid falsely presenting historical endorsements as reviews of products that did not exist at the time.
22. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGY
We may use artificial-intelligence systems or other technology to assist with research, drafting, analysis, editing, organization, production and administration. We seek to avoid unnecessarily providing highly sensitive personal information to general-purpose AI systems, and information subject to consulting-client confidentiality arrangements remains subject to applicable contractual requirements.
AI Arsenal™ products are designed to help customers use third-party AI tools to develop business documents, financial analyses, spreadsheets, action plans and other work products. When a customer copies a prompt into an independent AI service or uploads company materials to that service, the outside provider’s privacy policies, data-retention settings and contractual terms govern the provider’s processing.
We encourage customers to review those terms and avoid submitting confidential investor information, trade secrets, customer records, employee data, sensitive financial details or personal information unless the provider’s privacy and security arrangements are appropriate for the intended use.
Purchasing or downloading an AI Arsenal™ product does not itself authorize CEO RESOURCE LLC to access conversations, files or information that a customer independently submits to an outside AI platform. If a customer separately shares an AI-generated deliverable with us for consulting or review, that submission is handled in accordance with the relevant business relationship and this Statement.
23. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our ordinary public websites and contact forms are not intended to collect Social Security numbers, account passwords, biometric identifiers, detailed medical records or similarly sensitive credentials. Please do not transmit highly sensitive information through an ordinary website form or email unless genuinely necessary and an appropriate method has been arranged.
24. DATA SECURITY
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards that we consider reasonable in light of the nature and size of our operations and the sensitivity of the information involved. Depending on the circumstances, those safeguards may include access controls, passwords, secure hosting, software updates, security monitoring, restricted access to records and use of specialized payment providers.
No website, email service, internet transmission, computer system or cloud platform can be guaranteed completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot promise absolute security, and individuals should use reasonable precautions when submitting information electronically.
25. SECURITY INCIDENTS
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and respond as reasonably appropriate under the circumstances and provide notifications to affected individuals, regulators or others where applicable law requires them.
26. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business, accounting, tax, contractual, security, backup, dispute-resolution and legal purposes. Retention periods differ according to the type of information, the relationship involved and applicable requirements.
Newsletter and subscriber information may ordinarily remain active until a person unsubscribes or the record is otherwise removed. Records of W Cubed™ and AI Arsenal™ requests may be maintained as reasonably necessary for delivery, customer support, promotional eligibility administration and business records, while payment, accounting and consulting records may require longer retention.
Removal from active systems does not necessarily result in immediate deletion from backups, archives, security records or information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.
27. DATA MINIMIZATION
We seek to collect and retain information reasonably relevant to a legitimate business purpose rather than gathering information simply because it is technically possible. In particular, requests for free founder resources generally should not require the submission of complete confidential business plans or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
28. AGGREGATE & DEIDENTIFIED INFORMATION
We may create or use aggregate statistics or deidentified information for lawful analysis, planning, publishing, research, website improvement, security and resource-demand evaluation when that information cannot reasonably identify an individual.
29. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING & DATA TRANSFERS
The Company Group is based in the United States. Information collected from people outside the United States may be transmitted to, stored in or processed in the United States or other countries where authorized service providers operate. Privacy laws and government access rules vary by jurisdiction, and where applicable law requires a particular safeguard or mechanism for international transfers, we will use an appropriate mechanism to the extent required.
30. YOUR EVERYDAY PRIVACY CHOICES
You may choose not to provide optional information, unsubscribe from promotional email, configure your browser to limit cookies and contact us about information associated with your relationship with our websites, publications or services. Some choices may limit the operation of requested features, and necessary business or legal records may remain subject to legitimate retention obligations.
31. PRIVACY RIGHTS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU
Depending on your place of residence and whether a particular privacy statute applies to the relevant Company Group member, you may have rights to confirm processing, access information, request correction or deletion, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent where applicable, object to or restrict certain processing, opt out of certain sale or targeted-advertising activities, and exercise other legally protected privacy choices.
The precise rights, exceptions, verification procedures and response periods depend on applicable law.
32. REQUESTS EVEN WHERE A PARTICULAR STATUTE DOES NOT APPLY
Where a particular comprehensive privacy statute does not apply because of statutory thresholds, exemptions or the nature of the activity, we may nevertheless voluntarily attempt to accommodate reasonable requests to access, correct or delete information when practical and consistent with the rights of others and legitimate contractual, accounting, security, legal or record-retention obligations.
33. HOW TO MAKE A PRIVACY REQUEST
To submit a privacy request, email CEO@Chiefi.com with the subject line PRIVACY REQUEST. Please explain the request and identify the relevant email address, website, transaction or business relationship so we can locate the appropriate records.
Do not include a Social Security number, password, complete payment-card number or other unnecessary sensitive credential merely to submit a privacy request.
34. VERIFYING PRIVACY REQUESTS
Before disclosing, correcting or deleting personal information, we may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person submitting the request. Verification procedures depend on the nature of the request, sensitivity of the information and applicable law.
35. AUTHORIZED AGENTS
Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to act on your behalf, we may request reasonable evidence of authority and may verify your identity directly unless applicable law provides otherwise.
36. APPEALS OF PRIVACY DECISIONS
If applicable law provides a right to appeal a privacy-request decision, you may email CEO@Chiefi.com with the subject line PRIVACY APPEAL, identifying the original request and explaining the basis for the appeal.
37. YOUR RIGHT TO CONTACT A REGULATOR IS NOT RESTRICTED
Nothing in this Privacy Statement requires you to waive or postpone a legally protected right to contact a government agency, data-protection authority, attorney general, court, law-enforcement authority or other regulator.
38. TENNESSEE RESIDENTS
If the Tennessee Information Protection Act applies to the Company Group member processing your information, Tennessee residents may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and certain opt-out rights, subject to the statute’s applicability thresholds, definitions, exceptions and verification requirements.
39. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to the relevant Company Group member and activity, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct and delete certain personal information and to opt out of certain sales or sharing, subject to applicable statutory conditions and exceptions.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
40. RESIDENTS OF OTHER U.S. STATES
Residents of Florida and other states may have additional privacy rights if a relevant state law applies to the Company Group member and processing activity. We will honor rights legally applicable to us.
41. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL & BROWSER PREFERENCE SIGNALS
Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will seek to honor the signal to the extent required and technically applicable to the relevant processing. Ordinary browser Do Not Track preferences may not result in a uniform response across all services because the technologies and legal standards are not identical.
42. EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA, UNITED KINGDOM & SIMILAR JURISDICTIONS
Where European, United Kingdom or comparable data-protection law applies, individuals may have additional rights concerning access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaints to an appropriate supervisory authority, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
43. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our consulting websites, W Cubed™ and AI Arsenal™ products, newsletters and publishing programs are not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required parental consent and will take reasonable steps to address information collected in circumstances where such collection was not permitted.
44. LINKS & EMBEDDED CONTENT
Covered Sites may contain videos, social-media features, external links, forms, maps, payment interfaces, AI-service links and other third-party content. Interacting with these features may result in information being transmitted to independent providers, whose own privacy terms govern their processing.
45. BUSINESS TRANSFERS & SUCCESSORS
If a relevant company, website, publishing business, consulting operation or material asset is sold, merged, reorganized or transferred, information associated with that operation may be transferred to the successor or acquiring party, subject to applicable law and continuing contractual protections.
46. LEGAL PROCESS, SAFETY & PROTECTION OF RIGHTS
We may preserve, use or disclose information when reasonably believed necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process; respond to lawful governmental requests; investigate fraud, abuse or security threats; enforce agreements; protect intellectual property or safety; or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
47. PUBLIC WEBSITE COMMUNICATIONS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY CONFIDENTIAL
A communication sent through a public website, ordinary email or social-media platform is not automatically covered by a consulting-client confidentiality agreement. If a proposed engagement involves confidential financial records, trade secrets, investor information or other sensitive business materials, please establish an appropriate confidentiality arrangement before transmitting them.
48. KEEPING INFORMATION ACCURATE
If you believe personal information we maintain about you is materially inaccurate, you may contact us to request correction. We may retain historical versions or related records where reasonably necessary for accounting, contractual, security, historical or legal purposes.
49. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
We may revise this Statement as websites, products, services, technologies, privacy practices or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the currently published version. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent concerning material changes, we will provide the required notice or seek the required consent.
50. RELATIONSHIP TO OUR TERMS OF USE
Use of Covered Sites is also subject to the applicable Terms of Use & General Terms of Service. To the extent legally permitted, contractual disputes relating to this Statement may be subject to those Terms, including applicable governing-law and forum provisions. Nothing in this provision limits a privacy right, regulatory complaint right or remedy that applicable law makes non-waivable.

52. W CUBED™ FOUNDER LAUNCH — FREE DOWNLOADS
The W Cubed™ Founder Launch methodology is offered without a purchase price. To obtain it, a visitor may be asked to provide contact information through the applicable website form or email-delivery system. We may process that information to fulfill the request, provide the document or access link, troubleshoot delivery and maintain reasonable records of resource requests.
The fact that a resource is provided free does not mean that all information used to fulfill the request remains exclusively within our website. An authorized email provider, such as MailerLite, may assist with the delivery and maintain the associated contact and fulfillment records. Any continuing marketing communications remain subject to the applicable consent, subscription status and legal requirements.
53. AI ARSENAL™ LITE — FREE & PAID DOWNLOADS
AI Arsenal™ Lite may be offered under a limited introductory pricing structure, including a free initial group, a discounted subsequent group and the regular price thereafter. Current offers may be administered through website forms, MailerLite records and independent payment systems, with pricing tiers monitored and updated as appropriate.
We may maintain records of requests, subscriptions, payments, delivery confirmations and eligibility for a particular offer. These records may be used for fulfillment, customer service, promotional administration, accounting and reasonable abuse prevention. A person downloading an authorized replacement copy does not necessarily constitute an additional qualifying purchase or claim.
The current offer, eligibility conditions and purchase price are determined by the applicable offer and checkout page at the time of the transaction. A historical advertised price or prior promotional threshold does not guarantee that a particular offer will remain available indefinitely.
54. CHIEF IMPLEMENTOR™ CONSULTING RETAINERS
When a founder requests or purchases a consulting retainer, we may collect information necessary to evaluate the proposed engagement, process payment, communicate about acceptance and scheduling, maintain records of consulting time and services, and fulfill contractual or accounting obligations.
The current standard retainer offering may involve a prepaid ten-hour block, subject to availability and the applicable terms. Information relating to scheduling, project scope, business decisions and communications may be retained as reasonably necessary to administer the engagement. The confidentiality of materials supplied in the course of consulting is also governed by any applicable engagement agreement.
55. W CUBED™ FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATIONS
Visitors who request W Cubed™ or AI Arsenal™ resources may receive messages relating to their request, including delivery instructions, access information and necessary support or administrative notices. We may also offer optional newsletters or promotional communications concerning founder education, AI Arsenal™ products, consulting resources, books and related Company Group activities.
Where we use a continuing email sequence or subscriber segmentation, it may take account of the resource requested, relevant subscriber preferences and engagement information available through the email service. Promotional communications will be handled according to applicable email-marketing requirements and the relevant subscription choices, including available unsubscribe mechanisms.
56. AUTOMATED FULFILLMENT & RECORD ACCURACY
Our websites and service providers may use automated workflows to recognize a submitted form, send a requested document, confirm a transaction, assign an appropriate subscription category or perform related administrative work. These systems may use information such as the submitted email address, product requested, transaction status, subscription group or date of activity.
Automated fulfillment reduces administrative effort but does not eliminate the possibility of technical failure, delivery delays, incorrectly entered information or messages being filtered by an email provider. If a requested resource is not received, visitors may contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange delivery.
57. PROTECT YOUR BUSINESS INFORMATION WHEN USING AI
W Cubed™ and AI Arsenal™ encourage founders to examine business plans, financial projections, pricing assumptions, staffing requirements and other potentially valuable business information. Before using a third-party AI platform for such work, consider whether the material contains trade secrets, personally identifiable customer or employee information, investor records or other confidential content.
Review the AI provider’s privacy settings and contractual terms before disclosing sensitive information, and consider using generalized figures, anonymized examples or suitably protected business accounts where appropriate. An AI-generated document may be useful without requiring disclosure of every confidential fact about your company.
OUR PRACTICAL PRIVACY PRINCIPLE
We strive to collect what we reasonably need, use it for legitimate purposes, protect it appropriately, avoid selling our mailing lists and provide meaningful choices concerning personal information. We also believe that privacy notices should reflect the way a business actually operates rather than make promises that cannot realistically be kept.
Best wishes for stellar success,
Robert Lee Goodman, MBA
