The highest-value use of consulting time is often to challenge the driving assumptions you are most worried could jeopardize your company’s future or success — assumptions involving cash, timing, pricing, hiring, sales ramp, product development, capital requirements or other decisions with large downstream consequences.
Because publishing is now my primary professional focus, I have established a current combined program limit of no more than 100 ten-hour Founder Retainer blocks across all service levels.
That is the current limit, not a permanent lifetime commitment. Future availability, limits and pricing may change prospectively.
AI ARSENAL™ LITE — HOW THE INTRODUCTORY PRICING WORKS
The first 100 AI Arsenal™ Lite downloads are being offered free. Downloads 101 through 200 are $9.95. After the first 200 downloads have been distributed, the regular price is $19.95.
The package itself does not become better when the price changes. The early founders simply receive the same complete 50-workflow Lite package at the introductory tier available when they claim or purchase it.
The AI Arsenal™ Lite page and its active MailerLite signup or checkout control the currently available tier. If the free allocation has been exhausted when you arrive, the then-current paid price will be displayed before you complete the transaction.
AI Arsenal™ Lite is a one-time digital product. There is no recurring subscription charge for the Lite package unless a future optional service is separately and clearly offered as a subscription.
THE ADVANCED LAYER
AI Arsenal™ Pro
AI Arsenal™ Pro is the advanced W Cubed™ AI layer intended for founders who need substantially deeper analysis, scenario testing, cross-workflow integration and more sophisticated operating tools than are included in Lite.
Pro is not a hidden upgrade required to make W Cubed™ or AI Arsenal™ Lite useful, and it is not presently offered here as a stand-alone public checkout product.
Under the current program structure, AI Arsenal™ Pro and its advanced tools are reserved for qualifying Founder Retainer clients under the then-current consulting offer and applicable Statement of Work.

I still want to remain available to a limited number of founders when my experience may materially change an important decision. I have therefore established a current maximum of 100 ten-hour Founder Retainer blocks across the entire consulting program.
This is a current availability limit rather than a promise that exactly 100 blocks will be accepted or that the limit will never change. Future program limits, availability and pricing may be increased, decreased, suspended or discontinued prospectively.
The purpose is not to make founders dependent on consulting. My preference is that you use W Cubed™ and AI first, then use your limited consulting hours for the assumptions and decisions where another experienced CEO-level perspective could be worth far more than the cost of the time.
CHOOSE YOUR FOUNDER RETAINER SERVICE LEVEL
Every Founder Retainer is a prepaid 10-hour block. Unused hours expire 12 months after CEO RESOURCE LLC receives payment. Unused hours are not refundable, transferable or carried forward except as expressly required by applicable law or stated in the applicable Statement of Work.

If you have already used W Cubed™ and AI Arsenal™, you may not need me to create the document or spreadsheet. Instead, bring me the assumptions behind it.
Which revenue assumption makes you nervous? Is the launch date realistic? Is the hiring plan too early? Is the sales ramp credible? Is customer-acquisition cost grounded in evidence? Does the downside case still leave enough cash? Did the financial model miss a second- or third-order consequence?

PREFER ACH BANK TRANSFER FOR YOUR FOUNDER RETAINER?
Many clients prefer ACH for larger consulting retainers because it avoids tying up available credit and generally costs less to process.
If you prefer ACH, I will send you a Square invoice with ACH enabled and the applicable CEO RESOURCE LLC Statement of Work attached.
Once Square confirms that your ACH payment has been initiated, scheduling can begin subject to the applicable queue, current availability and Statement of Work.
STATEMENT OF WORK & TERMS
Each consulting engagement is governed by the applicable CEO RESOURCE LLC Statement of Work. The Statement of Work controls the retainer, service level, expiration, queue, billing and other engagement-specific provisions.
For Square invoice / ACH payments, the applicable Statement of Work will be attached directly to the invoice.
For immediate online Square payments, each Founder Retainer is prepaid and nonrefundable and is governed by the corresponding Standard, Priority or Top Priority Service Statement of Work.
