Controlling: It is a measurement process which tracks the performance of the project. Closing: It is the process of the final acceptance and approval taken from the stakeholders. It also involves gathering the feedback from people involved in the project and the stakeholders.

It also involves respecting the cultural and personal differences of all the member of the team and maintaining a truly professional work environment.
