Prior to starting CEO RESOURCE LLC, I am a 44X Founder who successfully completed all 44 of my Reg D 506 offerings for all 44 companies I personally founded, raising an amazing $110 million in today's dollars with the support of 1,342 terrific angel investors and venture capitalists for my own 44 real estate investment companies, financial services company, and software company – including taking the software company public.

Additionally, I was the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Goodman Securities, Inc., a direct participation broker-dealer and member of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD) and the Securities Investor Protection Corp.

My real estate syndication company had over $322 million in today's dollars of income property transactions encompassing multi-family, self storage, office, and office warehouse asset classes, managing over 45,000 rental units and became the 7th largest operator of self-storage facilities in the Nation.

These private placement fundraising efforts were funded as a result of my direct solicitation – Including over 20,000 angel investors who said NO – and my successful closing of approximately 1,342 of those angel investors and one venture capital group who said YES.

Even though YES was much more preferable than NO, I gained the hard way, a TREMENDOUS amount of insights about angel investor perspectives and motivations – and what it took for offerings to rise above the noise level and be genuinely considered.

Even though I have a network of 5.5K Angel/Accredited Investors AND 4.5K VC AND 1.5K Family Offices – all 11,500 of whom personally know me – I am not currently a direct angel investor myself. Instead, I help my clients make sure they are genuinely “Ready for Prime Time” for their fundraising – and then help get them connected with startup company investors in my network.
