Fleksy Releases Android Update, Introduces Emojis and Personalization Service

Fleksy, the award-winning touchscreen keyboard company, today released its anticipated Android update 1.2.3 to bring a more personal user experience to touchscreen typing. The latest version of the app adds 500 emojis to the keyboard and also includes My Fleksy, a personalization service that integrates a user’s personal writing style with Fleksy’s language algorithm. The update comes after a full round of successful beta testing from the Fleksy Google+ community.

Fleksy’s keyboard now includes over 500 of the most popular emojis, letting users communicate with others using expressive and fun images. My Fleksy lets users import their personal writing styles from Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, SMS messages and personal dictionary, enabling Fleksy’s language algorithm to learn from a user’s unique writing style to improve overall typing accuracy.

Fleksy Announces First Third-Party App Integrations of Award-Winning iOS Keyboard Solution

Fleksy, the future text input keyboard app, is excited to announce the first group of iOS applications to roll out updates that allow users to select (or download) the Flesky keyboard as their primary option. Using the new Flesky SDK, Wordbox, GV Connect, Launch Center Pro and Blindsquare now offers users a choice of which keyboard to use when engaging with their apps.

With the Fleksy SDK, any developer can now implement an alternative keyboard option in their app, and customers can benefit from a choice in text input technologies. The first four apps with Fleksy released updates today in the App Store and are immediately available to download.

Fleksy Keyboard App Now Available on Google Play, Updates Beta with Multiple Language Support

Fleksy, the future text input company, today launched the Android version of its virtual keyboard out of beta on Google Play. The company also released a new Android app in beta to support new languages, as well as released a major iOS update in its race to be the first third-party keyboard on the Apple platform.

Available on Google Play for $ 3.99 with a 30-day free trial, Fleksy lets individuals type faster than any other virtual keyboard by not having to concentrate on hitting specific keys that are often too small for their fingers. Through a set of patent-pending Artificial Intelligence algorithms, Fleksy looks at the relative locations its users touch the screen, and interprets the word they want to type. This approach frees users to type without having to look at the screen, ultimately letting them type faster than they would otherwise. This unique approach is what allowed Fleksy to be the first virtual keyboard to work on a smartwatch, the Omate TrueSmart, which has an even smaller touchscreen surface area than smartphones.

Fleksy also released today a new version of its Android beta that supports new languages. Additionally, Fleksy made a recent update to its iOS app in preparation for the upcoming Fleksy SDK release. The new update includes a faster engine, new user interface and an option to minimize the keyboard or have it completely invisible.
