Consultant Options

Choose the right 10-hour engagement level.

Standard • Priority • Top Priority

Every Consulting Engagement Is A 10-Hour Block

I no longer offer one-hour or two-hour consulting purchases for new work.

Every consulting engagement begins with a prepaid 10-hour block. When those hours are consumed, you may stop or replenish another 10-hour block. There is no obligation to continue.

Standard Service

Standard

$2,500

10 hours at $250/hour

Work is handled in the Standard FIFO queue in the order funded engagements and work items are received.

Higher Attention

Priority

$3,750

10 hours at $375/hour

Priority clients have a separate queue. Priority work is addressed ahead of Standard work, FIFO within the Priority queue.

Maximum Attention

Top Priority

$5,000

10 hours at $500/hour

There can be only one Top Priority engagement at a time. That engagement remains above both other queues for its duration.

Why three levels?
Different business problems carry different costs of delay. Standard is appropriate for most consulting needs. Priority is designed for clients who need substantially faster attention. Top Priority exists for the rare situation where the cost of waiting is materially greater than the premium.

What Happens After The First 10 Hours?

You decide.

If those first ten hours accomplish what you needed, the engagement ends. If you want additional work, you replenish another complete 10-hour block at the applicable service level.

No long-term consulting contract is required.

When Does Work Begin?

Work begins after the applicable retainer is funded and the required materials are received.

Because most of my professional time is now committed to Good-Man LLC and the Five Year Life™ publishing program, available consulting time is genuinely limited.

Former CEO RESOURCE LLC clients receive first consideration, but consulting time is not reserved by discussion alone.

A funded engagement is what places the work into the consulting queue.
