Every engagement is funded in a prepaid, nonrefundable 10-hour block. Detailed differences between the service levels are explained on the Consultant Options and Queue / Priority Service pages.
Many of my clients prefer ACH for larger consulting retainers because it avoids tying up available credit and typically costs considerably less to process.
If you prefer ACH, I will send you a Square invoice with ACH enabled and the applicable CEO RESOURCE LLC Statement of Work attached.
Once Square confirms that your ACH payment has been initiated, I can begin scheduling and working on your engagement without waiting for final bank settlement.
Each consulting engagement is governed by the applicable CEO RESOURCE LLC Statement of Work.
For Square invoice / ACH payments, the applicable Statement of Work will be attached directly to the invoice.
For immediate online Square payments, each consulting retainer is prepaid and nonrefundable and the engagement is governed by the corresponding Standard, Priority or Top Priority Service Statement of Work.
If you have not already received the applicable Statement of Work, request it before submitting payment and review it before funding your engagement.
Once your payment has been made — or Square confirms that an ACH transfer has been initiated — send me the materials and priorities you want addressed first.
We will determine the highest-value use of your funded consulting time and begin from there.
When the funded 10-hour block has been used, you decide whether to stop or fund another block. There is no obligation to continue.
