‘Derrr’? Eh? This is a pointless argument. In the film he wants to quit his job, he does quit his job. If it was a film about wanting to get a tedious job then it would be ironic it got someone out of a tedious job - the guy here winning the money. Before you start sounding your horn off again and insulting people, stop, go back, think about what you’re saying and you’ll see a big palm with the words ‘you’re wrong’ slapping you in the chops. Google the definition, you need to.

You don’t get the last word, you are wrong. You haven’t refuted my points as I have yours. Acting smug and self satisfied isn’t a win in itself. It’s still not ironic.

Office Space helping somebody quit their job is appropriate because the movie is about wanting to quit your job. Irony is about events bringing about outcomes that are unexpected, the opposite of what is expected or appropriate.

How about you give an example of how it IS ironic.
