    I just went to an Angel Investor meeting and one of the guys that I met was
    really impressed about my passion. I was like “what about my software” he
    thought that was cool also but was more impressed about my passion. Jay as

    I have a friend I’ve known for ever. He coded a great product but after 3
    or 4 failed contracts (up to days before funding) he’s just siting on what
    I feel is a gold mine. Should I bother trying to help him find a VC or does
    this kind of deal fatigue usually spell disaster.
